Planning a night out for a workplace, family, or social group? Group bookings at the Mayfield Dinner Theatre are easy and flexible — and can be booked online.

Groups of 10 or more guests can be booked directly on our website for select performance dates. Choose your date, select 10+ tickets, and any available group discount will automatically apply during checkout.

Group bookings may receive exclusive benefits, including:

Hosting an incredible speaker or an awards ceremony? Mayfield Dinner Theatre is an incredible location for groups of up to 450. The Mayfield Dinner Theatre is available for private functions outside of regular show hours.

Group Booking FAQs

What qualifies as a group booking?

A group booking is 10 or more tickets purchased under one account for the same performance. (Must be booked at the same time to get a discount)

Yes. Groups of 10 or more can be booked online for select performance dates. If a group discount is available, it will automatically appear when 10+ tickets are selected. Children tickets can only be bought through the Box Office, and not online. All group bookings are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.

Group discounts are offered on select weekday performances only and are not available for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday brunch performances. Groups may still purchase tickets for these dates online; however, standard ticket pricing will apply.

No. Group bookings can be completed entirely online without contacting Group Sales. Group Sales assistance is available if group pricing does not appear online, or if you require special arrangements or personalized support.

The group convener is the person who makes and manages the booking. This individual is responsible for communicating with the Group Sales Coordinator, distributing tickets to guests, and sharing all policies and event details with the group.

All tickets are issued exclusively to the group convener. Tickets may be emailed and forwarded digitally or printed by the convener for distribution. Tickets are not available at Will Call, and theatre staff cannot release or reissue tickets without confirmation from the group convener. Tickets can be printed in office for $3.50 plus GST per ticket.

All group bookings are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. Additional tickets may be requested after the initial booking, subject to availability and the ticket price in effect at the time of purchase.

A mandatory food service gratuity of $5.00 plus GST applies to each ticket. Group tickets are also subject to GST and an administration fee of $3.00 plus GST per ticket for online bookings, or $6.00 plus GST per ticket for bookings completed through the Group Sales Coordinator.

Groups may arrange additional services with advance notice. Including dietary-restricted meals, pre-arranged bar tabs or wine service, wheelchair-accessible seating, private reception spaces, and celebration cakes.

Dietary restricted meals must be requested and submitted by the group convenor at least 3-business days prior to the performance. Any halal requests must be made at least 1-week in advance. While the buffet items are labeled and accommodations can be made whenever possible, the Theatre cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Dietary requests can be sent to the Box Office at tickets@mayfieldtheatre.ca or groupsales@mayfieldtheatre.ca.

A complete seating chart must be submitted to the theatre at least 7 days prior to the performance. This information helps ensure accurate seating, supports emergency procedures, and allows guest identity to be verified if tickets are lost. Without a submitted seating chart, lost tickets cannot be reissued unless the Group Convener or an authorized contact is present.

The expected dress code is business casual.

Management has the right to deny anyone admittance if their attire is not suitable; shorts, flip flops/sandals, work worn, overly revealing, excessively ill fitting, malodorous, graphically offensive, etc.

Infants (babes in arms) or children under the age of five (5) years old are not permitted in the Theatre.

For children ages of five (5) to 12 years old a discounted ticket can be purchased for via Box Office only. Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking. Child priced tickets will be voided if the bearer does not meet the age requirements at the time of the performance.

Yes. Our Dinner Theatre School Package is booked exclusively through our Group Sales Coordinator. It includes the buffet, unlimited pop and juice, and a live theatre performance. On top of that we are pleased to offer our value-added educational experiences such as the opportunity to have a VIP Meet & Greet with the Artistic Director, Kate Ryan. Students will get a rare chance to ask questions, explore behind the scenes, and see how creative choices shape a production. More value-added experiences available upon request. Availability and pricing vary by performance and must be booked in advance.

Yes! Our Group Dinner Theatre Packages, booked exclusively through our Group Sales Coordinator, combine show tickets with special-rate hotel rooms and include two complimentary buffet breakfasts per room. Guests also enjoy complimentary amenities such as Wi-Fi, parking, and 24/7 fitness access. Packages are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and a minimum booking of 10 rooms is required. Subject to availability.
