Purchasing Gift Cards:
Physical Gift Cards can be purchased through the Box Officein person only. Online gift cards can be purchased online only and have an electronic Gift Certificate Code that will be emailed to you after the purchase is completed.
Redeeming Gift Cards:
Online gift cards can be redeemed online or at the Box Office, either over the phone or in person. We require the full code in the online gift card email.
Physical Gift Cards can only be redeemed through the Box Office, either over the phone or in person.
Gift cards can be used for tickets, Dinner Theatre Experience Packages, at the Double Tree by Hilton West Edmonton or at the Stages Restaurant at the hotel.
Online Gift Cards will need to be converted to a Physical Gift Card for you to use it at the Double Tree by Hilton West Edmonton, at the Stages Restaurant in the hotel or towards your beverage tab in the Mayfield Dinner Theatre. Transferring an Online Gift Card to a Physical Gift Card must be done in person at the Box Office. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The Box Office is closed on Statutory Holidays.
All Gift Cards are purchased at a dollar value, there is no GST added. Gift cards do not have expiry dates and can be used at any time. Gift cards that are lost or misplaced cannot be reissued. To check a balance on a gift card, you can call the Box Office at 780-483-4051 and provide the number on the back of the Gift Card.
