Re-Opening Status

We hope that our valued patrons are doing well and staying healthy during these uncertain times. Although Theatres are included in Phase Two of Alberta’s relaunch strategy, there are currently performance and capacity restrictions that do not enable us to open our doors just yet and we will remain closed throughout the summer. We will be closely monitoring any updates to these restrictions and our goal is to open in the fall with physical distancing and other new measures in place to ensure the well being of all patrons and associates. Although we will look a little different when you return, we are embracing the opportunity to move forward in the spirit of safety, culture and community and are excited to get back to the stage.

WHEN WILL TICKETS FOR THE NEW SEASON GO ON SALE?
Tickets for our new season will be on sale soon! We are finalizing production details and will announce them as soon as we are able. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for first call backs, please email us at tickets@mayfieldtheatre.ca.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A TICKET TO A CANCELLED PERFORMANCE?
Tickets for all cancelled performances have been automatically credited to your account. Account credits never expire and can be used in many ways – such as the purchase of tickets for any future performance, the purchase of a gift card, or it can even be applied to a season subscription package! There is no rush to use this account credit, so please give us a call when you’re ready to do so.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERN?
The Box Office is closed to the public but our Call Centre remains open. We are experiencing extremely high call volumes and are operating on reduced hours and staffing for the safety of our associates.
