Response to COVID-19
Last Updated: March 25, 2020 at 4:00 pm
On Tuesday, March 17th the Government of Alberta recommended that all gatherings over 50 attendees not take place until further notice. The Mayfield Dinner Theatre wants to ensure that the health and well‐being of our guests, artists and associates remain our highest priority.
In support of Alberta Health Services and their efforts to contain the spread of COVID‐19 the Mayfield Dinner Theatre closed its production of Noises Off on March 12.
The production of Rock of Ages is being re‐programmed into our winter timeslot and will rock out for even longer than before! The new performance dates are November 3, 2020 – January 24, 2021 and is replacing our previously announced production of Vegas Live! (don’t worry, Vegas Live! will be programmed into the following season).
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A TICKET TO A CANCELLED PERFORMANCE?
No action is needed at this time. Tickets for the cancelled performances of Noises Off have been automatically credited to your account and can be applied to a future performance once the closure has been lifted. Please note that we will not be re‐booking any tickets until we have a guaranteed opening date. For the latest updates, follow us on social media – or check our website at mayfieldtheatre.ca.
Tickets for all performances of Rock of Ages will be re‐booked into our new production dates. This process will take time, and your patience is appreciated as we work diligently to contact each of our ticket holders with their new performance date.
WHAT IF I HAVE A TICKET TO BUDDY – THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY?
At this time, all performances are scheduled to run as planned.
WHAT IF I AM A SEASON TICKET HOLDER?
Rock of Ages is now included in your 2020‐2021 Season Subscription and the value of your previous ticket will be applied to your subscription price. If you have already paid for your new subscription, the value can be kept on account for future purchases or issued as a gift card.
